Elegant Galician Mencía with subtle mineral notes and great depth of fruit, from old vines grown on the left bank of the River Sil. Valderroa Carballo is only made in the best years. The grapes are carefully selected and the wine is aged in cask which helps emphasise the variety’s special characteristics. After bottling it is left to reach perfection in the cellar.
